The material of food grade softgel drying tray is PP (Polypropylene), which is allowed by FDA CFDA and EU to used in food or pharmaceuticals industry. The general size of this drying tray is 760 mm(L)×490 mm(W)×55 mm(H). However it also can be designed and made according to client requirement. The special smooth designed grid on the side and bottom would greatly reduce softgel capsules marking and sticking. And it is very helpful to increase the airflow speed and enhance the softgel capsules drying efficiency. The trolleys for shipping drying tray is available. The suggested loading capacity is 40 trays for one trolleys.
