1. Before using, clean the die roller holder and both ends of the die rollers to make sure they are clean and smooth.
2. After die rollers put onto the die roller holder, rotate the die rollers clockwise or anticlockwise, to eliminate the gap between pins on the holder and pin holes on the die rollers.
3. Do the alignment. As shown in the figure 1, let “1” and “1” align and two grooves align, and the testing rod can be put into the corresponding rabbet. (Please note: Before jog the softgel machine or start the machine, this testing rod must be taken out)
4. Method to verify if the alignment was good: Put the carbon paper into between the two pieces of die roller and start the machine (Please note: the pressure between the two pieces of die roller can not be too big, it is enough as long as there are clear trace left on the paper). If the trace looks same as in Figure 2(the trace is even), it means the the alignment was good; If the trace looks similar to what shown in Figure 3(the trace is not even), it means the alignment was not good, and the operator should do the alignment again.
5. Only when the alignment was good, the operator can start the softgel encapsulation machine and start the production every time, in case bad alignment damage the die rollers and shorten the service life of the die roller set.
6. When the die roller set is not in use, please use paraffin oil to clean it. If it is cleaned by alcohol or hot water, please use compressed air to blow and dry it and then use paraffin oil to paint the surface of the die roller, in case of rust and corrosion. Please do not use alkaline material to clean the die rollers.
