3. Put the powder capsule shell into the "Powder Capsule Shell Organizer", about 300 capsules each time. Put the capsule caps into the "capsule cap sorting tray", about 300 capsules each time. The sorting plate is made of plexiglass plate, and there are many round holes with large upper and lower small funnels drilled on it. The diameter of the round holes corresponds to the diameter of the capsule number.
4. After about 30 seconds, the powder capsule shell and capsule cap will fall into the round hole with the opening facing upwards. If the individual openings are facing down, the capsule cap can be used to gently press down the sleeve, and then the sleeve can be pulled out.
5. Hold the powder capsule shell connecting plate horizontally (at the end of the picture, it has been prepared randomly, there is a round hole in the connecting plate), push it gently in the lower part of the sorting tray, and the powder capsule shell in the sorting tray will be closed. It will drop down into the round hole of the connecting plate, and then take out the connecting plate. In the same way, remove the capsule cap with the capsule cap cover plate.
6. A square plate of medicinal powder with a bottom area of 500×500mm2 and a height of about 10mm on four sides can be prepared in advance. Then cover the random plexiglass frame on the powder capsule connecting plate, put the powder into the frame with a small bucket shovel, and scrape the edge of the frame to fill the powder, and scrape off the excess powder.
7. Use the randomly matched capsule cap set plate (not shown at the end of the picture, there are round holes on the set plate), put it on the capsule cap cap joint plate, there are alignment holes, and it is easy to place. Flip the capsule cap cover plate so that the opening of the capsule faces down, and cover it on the powder capsule shell plate that has been filled with medicinal powder. There are also alignment holes, which are easy to fit.
8. Put the sleeved capsule board into the cavity below the "capsule cap forming board", and pull the "pressing rod" down by hand until it is in place. There is no need to be careful about excessive force, because there is a positioning mechanism to control the downward pressure. high. Take out the sleeved capsule board and pour out the capsule.
