Before using the soft capsule filling machine, you must understand the following precautions:
1. For the reducer in the locking machine, change the oil within 24 hours of accumulative use for the first time, and change the oil within 72 hours of accumulative use for the second time. Replace every few months thereafter.
2. When changing the model of the locking machine, as long as the connecting rod in the middle is rotated, the height difference of the pressure plate will be generated. From 0# to 1#, 2# is turned clockwise, so that 2# is adjusted to 1#, 0# is Turn counterclockwise.
It is emphasized here:
(1) When rotating the connecting rod, the connecting rod and the crankshaft must be vertical, that is, when the upper pressure plate is raised to a high level, the connecting rod and the crankshaft are also vertical, and then the rotation can be performed.
(2) The upper and lower screws of the connecting rod must be loosened before rotation.
(3) Each rotation must be based on a 180-degree angle. For example, a 180-degree angle, two 180-degree angles, and three 180-degree angles, no matter whether it is reversed or forward, just move it to get a 180-degree angle. Otherwise, the reducer will be damaged when it is turned on.
3. Replacement of the arrangement machine model:
(1) The incision of the pellet is flush with the surface of the arrangement board. The adjustment part is the height of the horizontal board at both ends. The screws are in the long holes of the straight support plate.
(2) Adjust the distance between the push-in bracket and the movable plate. The distance between the upper surface of the plywood and the lower surface of the movable board is 3 mm. Adjust the two head screws and long tie rods in the box. After the adjustment is correct, the screw should be tightened, and the foot rod should be close to the lower transverse edge of the box.
4. The arrangement plate and the movable plate must be dislocated (so the movable plate is also called the dislocation orifice plate). When the sleeve plate is pushed in to the end, the holes of the arrangement plate movable plate and the three plates of the sleeve plate should be all aligned. If the holes are not aligned, adjust the dislocation position of the movable plate and the arrangement plate.
The adjustment method of the soft capsule filling machine:
(1) Loosen the screws of the straight support plate and the angle support, the straight support plate can drive the horizontal plate and the movable plate into dislocation.
(2) Loosen the upper and lower screws of the shrapnel so that the assembly frame drives the arrangement plate into dislocation.
