1. Because the filter cake-like material is easy to cause bridging above the screw conveying shaft, causing the conveying shaft to idle, the filter cake entering the hopper must be less than 10cm in diameter. When the material causes bridging, the frame should be installed during operation. The bridge is crushed to ensure smooth input.
2. Check whether there are impurities such as metal iron sheets or thick and long fibers mixed in between the spiral blades. If any abnormality is found, the screw conveyor should be reversed to remove the debris.
3. Check whether the original material is solidified in the screw conveyor, which causes the conveying blade to be unable to push the material. If similar situations are found, they should be removed in time.
4. If the motor or parts do not turn, check whether the power cord head is falling off, and whether the coupling screw is falling off, and solve it in time.
2. Crushing system:
1. Dead bed: When the speed regulating motor is started, the crushing system does not work or suddenly stops working when the equipment is running. There are two reasons:
First, the original material is deposited, and the entire crushing blade is locked and cannot be operated. In this case, the power should be turned off immediately to remove the deposited material.
The second is that the amount of feeding is too large, and there is too much material accumulated in time for the evaporation of water, which hinders the normal operation. At this time, the accumulated material should be properly removed and the amount of feeding should be reduced to ensure the normal operation of the system.
2. Noise:
When you hear noise when the pulverizing (stirring) system is working, it means that hard foreign objects have entered, which will cause the deformation of the pulverizing knife, and cause the breaking of the pulverizing knife and the main shaft. Therefore, when you hear abnormal noise, you should immediately slow down the speed. Turn off the motor, check the damage degree of the shredder, and remove the debris. Under normal circumstances, as long as the splayed knife is reshaped after removing the debris, and the broken blade is welded, it can be restarted. When the spindle is broken, the manufacturer needs to be overhauled.
3. Receiving system:
1. Unsmooth discharge: Due to the strong adhesion of light and fine materials, it may cause unsmooth phenomenon when the cone is discharged under the cyclone. After the vibration falls, in order to ensure that the cyclone cone is not deformed during beating, a reinforcing ring or a rapping iron bar can be added to the cone.
2. Running material: under normal circumstances, most of the dry products should be discharged in the collection cyclone separator, such as the accumulation of too much material in the secondary cyclone or pulse bag filter, that is, the collection type There is a problem with the sealing or operation of the cyclone separator. The solid content of the exhaust gas after dust collection by the pulse bag filter should be controlled below 2%. When the exhaust gas contains too much solid content, it is necessary to check whether the dust collector has gas leakage. .
reason:
a. When the cyclone separator is unloading, the two suction plates open the air leakage at the same time, which will instantly reverse the cyclone and the crushed material in the pipeline, increase the working pressure of the secondary cyclone and the pulse bag filter, and it can be eliminated by operating according to the operating procedures.
b. The fineness of the powder is less than the mesh number of the filter bag. When the fineness of the material is less than 200 mesh, the dust removal effect of the general pearl filter bag will be affected. And the filter bag should be replaced regularly after one year of normal use to achieve the best effect. If the material is too fine, it is better to use a membrane filter bag.
c. The filter bag is damaged or the tie mouth slips. When the problem is found, the filter bag should be replaced in time, and the bag mouth should be fastened so that the equipment can be used normally and achieve the best effect.
d. The sealing between the flower plate and the venturi is poor (the screw is loose or the rubber gasket is aging), the screw should be fixed and the gasket should be replaced.
e. The air outlet temperature is too high (above 150 ℃), which will cause the hardening and deformation of the filter bag, which will affect the effect of the filter bag. The temperature control of the equipment should be adjusted in time.
f. It is recommended to add a water bath for dust removal to ensure dust collection and environmental protection effects.
