Ingredient refers to the preparation of the content solution required for the production of soft capsules.
02-Sol process (vegetable glue process)
Sol refers to the gelatin solution required for the preparation and production of soft capsules. The quality of the gelatin solution directly affects the qualified rate of the finished product of the capsule.
General process parameters:
1) Raw material ratio (weight):
Gelatin: about 42% Water: about 38% Glycerin: about 20% Pigment: appropriate amount as needed
2) Sol temperature: 60℃～70℃
3) Sol time: 1～1.5h
4) Vacuum degree: -0.08～-0.05MPa (the size of vacuum degree is suitable to prevent the glue liquid from being pulled out of the glue tank to the evacuation pipeline)
5) Viscosity of qualified gelatin solution: about 18000cps
03-Pill making process:
Pill making is the core process of soft capsule production. The host completes the preparation of the film, the quantitative supply of the contents, and finally encapsulates the soft capsule.
General process parameters:
1) Spray body control temperature: 37℃～50℃
2) Content temperature: ≯40℃
3) Glue temperature: 55℃～65℃
04-Fixing process:
The setting is to put the capsules into the dryer cage for dynamic air-drying, and the setting time is usually about 4 to 6 hours.
05-Scrub pill process:
The latest process uses micro-oil lubrication, generally does not need to wash the pills, just wipe it during the setting process.
If the capsule is printed, the surface of the capsule needs to be cleaned and polished at the same time.
06-Drying process:
The drying process is to place the capsules on the drying tray to dry or dynamically dry them in a double-layer dryer.
Usually the drying time is about 12 to 16 hours, so that the moisture of the soft capsule shell reaches 8%-12%, so as to ensure that the soft capsule has a good appearance and feel.
07-Pill inspection process:
Pill inspection is to pick out the unqualified soft capsules such as appearance and seam, and send the qualified soft capsules to the next process.
08-Inner packaging process:
This process is to pack the selected qualified soft capsules in the form of aluminum-plastic packaging, bottled, etc.
09-Outer packaging process:
The outer packaging is to pack the inner packaged products into boxes and boxes for transportation and storage when they are put on the market.
