WUXI JANGLI MACHINERY, a go-to name for servo motor softgel machines and parts, recently helped Shandong Galaxy Bio-Tech roll out their new cosmetic softgel capsules. For this Shandong-based hyaluronic acid producer, picking the right equipment was key-and JANGLI's machines turned out to be the perfect fit.

Shandong Galaxy, based in Yishui, Jining, makes 100 tons of sodium hyaluronate yearly, supplying everything from health supplements to skincare brands. When they wanted to add cosmetic softgels to their lineup (those handy single-dose capsules are huge in beauty right now), they knew they needed a machine that could handle precision and speed. After checking out several options, they went with JANGLI's servo motor setup-plus all the extra parts to make it work seamlessly.

"We looked at a few manufacturers, but JANGLI's machines stood out," said a Galaxy team member. "Hyaluronic acid is tricky-if the filling isn't spot-on, the product can go bad fast. Their servo system keeps it accurate, like within 0.1%-that's a big deal for us. And honestly, cranking out 5,000 capsules an hour? That means we can keep up with big orders without stress."

What's nice about JANGLI's gear is that it's not one-size-fits-all. Whether a client makes pharmaceuticals or cosmetics, the machines can adjust-like swapping out molds for 0.5ml to 2ml capsules. They've also got smart controls that cut down on wasted materials, which saves money in the long run. For Galaxy, that flexibility meant they could tweak their softgels to fit different skincare products, from serums to eye creams.

Thanks to the JANGLI setup, Galaxy's new softgels are now on the market-stable, easy to carry, and already getting buzz from beauty brands. It's another win for JANGLI, which has built a rep for making machines that don't just work, but work for the companies using them.
