• The die roller installation axis is processed by our company to ensure accuracy. The axis has a small round jump and very good parallelism.
• The segment of the soft capsule die roller set are heated by water, so that the temperature of the wedge is balanced before and after, which can ensure that the encapsulated soft capsule has a strong sealing and a symmetrical and beautiful appearance.
• Truly realize micro-lubrication. Four lubricating oil motors control four oil rollers respectively. The amount of oil in each oil roller can be precisely controlled, which can fully lubricate the gelatin film and ensure that there is no excess oil on the surface of the capsules. The softgel capsules can be directly packaged after drying without additional cleaning.
• The surface of the gelatin ribbon wheel on the softgel machine is smooth and flat. The axis used by the casting drums is the same as the die roller installation axis. The precision is very high, which makes the round jump of the casting drum very small during rotation and the operation is very stable.

• The gelatin casting drums adopts water cooling. When the temperature and humidity of the gelatin liquid are very high, this cooling method will not cause water condensation, thus ensuring the quality of the soft capsules.
• The feed pump on this soft gelatin capsule machine uses electronic gears to achieve synchronous operation with the mounting axis of the die roller. Each set of matching die roller will no longer need gears. So injecting timing of this softgel machine can be adjusted automatically.

• The medicine pump abandons the old cam for plunger rod reversing, and uses a servo motor to directly drive the plunger rod for reversing. The filling volume amount can be directly input on the touch screen. The servo motor is precisely adjusted, which is simple, fast and accurate.
• The storage and call function of the production formula was designed on this servo softgel encapsulation machine a long time ago. The data used in the pressing of different soft capsule categories, such as temperature, speed, etc., can be automatically stored, and can be directly called the next time the same type of soft capsule products are encapsulated.
• The left and right mounting axis of the die roller are each driven by a servo motor, abandoning gear transmission. The alignment process of the die rollers can be operated by one button on the touch screen. It is very fast for beginners to get started. For experienced operators, it greatly saves the startup time of the soft capsule machine and saves raw materials such as gelatin.
• We modified the air intake method of the casting drum cooling wheel fan of this soft capsule machine, and changed the fan from being placed at the bottom of the gelatin ribbon wheel to being placed in the frame behind the wheel, and added a special air supply channel, which can greatly increase the coverage area of the fan's air supply and improve the cooling effect.
