Dynamic dripping collection system: The liquid level in the dripping tank is connected with the feeding system through the liquid sensor control, so that the dripping tank can maintain a certain liquid level. When dripping, the medicinal liquid is dripped into the cooling liquid by the dripper, and a heater is installed on the upper part of the cooling column, which reduces the temperature gradient of the medicinal drop and makes the medicinal drop moderately and fully shrink into a pill under the action of surface tension. Make the drop pill shape smooth and the pill weight is uniform. A linear pressure sensor is installed in the cooling column, and the flow rate of the infusion pump is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation, so that the dynamic balance of the liquid level is maintained during the collection process of the coolant. In addition, the cooling column has a lifting function to facilitate the installation of the dripper and the dripping distance from the dripper to the liquid surface suitable for different liquid medicines.
