Design: This machine is design on the basis of the old style gelatin encapsulation machine. It abandoned traditional vertical gelatin film supplying style and adopts newest parallel gelatin supplying style, which makes the gelatin encapsulation machine easier to operate.
Material: The main structure of the gelatin encapsulation machine is made of stainless steel 304 and all contact parts are AISI 316 or other food grade material.
Manufacture: There are more than 60 workers in our manufacturing workshop and more than 10 sets of all kinds of processing center. We process almost all parts(including all small gears) of the machine in our own workshop and by our own workers, so that we can strictly control the quality of our gelatin encapsulation machines.
Machine Testing: When one set of gelatin encapsulation machine is assembled, our technician will test the die roller axis firstly—use the gauge to test the circle dancing to guarantee the stability of the main axis. And then we will run the machine to check the overall performance and then keep the gelatin encapsulation machine running for 48 hours in case of small problems when machine shipped to clients’ facility.
Packing: We use fumigation free plywood to pack our gelatin encapsulation machine. And before packing we will clean our equipment and use professional sliver paper to wrap the gelatin encapsulation machine and vacuumize it to avoid moisture during transportation process. And we will put necessary shipping mark on surface of the package to remind operators to be careful when moving the machine.
Our Service:
● Pre-sale Service: We provide intensive consulting for customers, for both gelatin encapsulation machine and softgel capsule making craft. We can also accept customer factory visiting.
● In-sale Service:After signing contract and receive deposit, we will make production schedule according to actual lead time and take pictures and make weekly production progress report to let customers know the actual production situation in time.
● After-sale Service: When equipment arrives, we will send 2 engineers to customer's facility to help install and debugging the machine and train the operator on how to operate the machine and how to become an experienced softgel encapsulation machine operator. And in 12 months if the softgel machine has any problems(caused by no-human factors), we can arrange for parts changing for free, and try to solve the problems by email or online communicating tools firstly and if problems still exist, we will send engineers again.
