Ø Water-bath Injector
The temperature fluctuated in +/-0.1°C, save 14% gelatin; improve 1.5% rate of finished products; and save the maintained cost and time.
Ø Computer adjust filling material packing volume
Computer control the injecting pump, the packing volume of the capsule can be adjusted on the PLC Touch Screen of Softgel Machine, no need to adjust manually, improve the precision of medicine injection volume, and save more medicine and material cost
Ø Hardness of Wendersteg and stepping bar of the injection pump reaches to HCR0-65, durable in use. So our softgel machine injection pump is very suitable for liquid calcium, herbal suspension, ect softgel products making. Even if the customers use this machine to manufacture liquid calcium, the injecting pump will not easy to wear out.
Ø Micro-Lubrication System(Lower paraffin oil consumption and production cost)
This softgel machine can adjust the lubricating oil quantity automatically according to rotating speed of the main machine. No need to adjust lubricating oil quantity manually.
Ø Pneumatic die roller pressing system
Ø There is water cooling system inside the machine, no need chiller.
Ø The injection wedge can be lowered and lifted automatically.
Ø The capsule stripper can be controlled separately, and the capsule stripper can turn forward and backward.
Ø The holes of the left and right main axis of this softgel machine are processed with extreme accuracy on the boring machine imported from Switzerland. Though the die roll has been extended in length, can be keep high coaxial degree that guarantees the smooth seam and finished product rate of the softgel capsule.
Ø The spreader boxes adopt Photoelectric Technology, so the gelatin liquid level can be adjusted automatically.
Ø The injection pump and machine head adopted external drive, which means the injecting pump is independent seal, and the lubricating oil inside the injecting pump will not go into the machine head
