Intelligent Tumble Dryer
The intelligent tumble dryer is a new type of tumble dryer with dehumidification and temperature control functions. The traditional tumble dryer is only equipped with a fan. To achieve the same drying effect, at least 20 dryers are needed, which occupies a very large area; in addition, we need to remove the basket for cleaning every time we change the variety. Two points should be noted here:
1) The dry air must have a relatively strong water absorption capacity compared with the capsule, that is, it is relatively drier. The difference in dryness affects the drying speed. The main factors are humidity, temperature and exchange conditions. We cannot simply say the moisture content ratio.
2) In the end, the dry air should be able to make the capsules reach the level where the finished product is dried into commercial moisture.
The application of this drying process was later developed to further pay attention to the air source organization, which is to use the common sense of life that people sweat profusely under the same temperature conditions, but where there is wind, it is easier to sweat dry and feel cool. The drying air flow capacity of the drying environment is enhanced, combined with the improvement of reducing labor intensity and further rapid and effective drying. For example, change the form of scattered fans and use forms including tunnel-type single-flow and evenly distributed drying wind.
