Softgel drying by tumble dryer is the normal and high-efficiency way. This instrument is designed for softgel drying quickly with low-energy. As the softgel capsules was pre-dryied by pre-tumble dryer, its moisture content in the shell will be reduce to be around 20% in the future. All this equipment can be controlled by PLC system or by manual which is based on the client requirement. The Softgel tumble dryer was designed and developed according to the FDA and cGMP guidance.
