Paintball Machine Working Process:
① Preparation stage of contents:In accordance with the process recipe, the use of liquid containers configured a certain amount of content.
② Preparation stage of gelatin solution:In accordance with the process formula, the use of the glue tank is for the preparation of a certain amount of gelatin solution
③ Liquid flow:The liquid is pumped from the tank to the main hopper by a pump, after which the liquid in the hopper is pumped to the diverter plate by the injection pump.
④ Rubber preparation:Under the vacuum pressure of the thermal insulation barrel, the gelatin liquid flows from the gelatin insulation barrel to the gelatin box. The gelatin box through the hub expands the gelatin into a thin layer of gelatin tape. After the gelatin tape is cooled by the hub, the gelatin tape is sent to the soft capsule mold position through the oil-roll system.
⑤ Material feeding and making pill:The gelatin strips on both sides enter the soft capsule roll mold through the pulling force of the pull net shaft, and the injection pump just simultaneously injects the contents to the roll mold. Using the cavity of the roller mold, the gelatin strip passes through the cavity of the roller mold to form the shell of the paintball, and the shell of the capsule which encloses the content is cut by the roller mold to form a paintball product.
⑥ Product collection:Paintball products roll to the conveyor belt through the guide plate, then the conveyor belt transfer products to the cage for the stereotypes. The remaining rubber enter into the waste bucket
