Soem softgel production line is with specific designed drying tunnel. So that put the fresh caps on the drying trays. And move the trays into drying tunnel. This is traditional drying way, which is with low efficiency. Now we recommend new standard alone tumble dryer. It is double deck that could save space. It is with big strong air blower, that could improve drying efficiency.

1. This tumble dryer have two layer and save half space compared with traditional tumble dryer.

2. In order to move it smoothly from encapsulation machine to drying room, we use standard alone tumble dryer.

3. It is with Manual operation panel at side. Easy for operation and learning

4. All the equipment component was designed and fixed to cGMP and FDA standard.

5. This drying equipment could be used for both drying tunnel and also drying room. 

6. The equipment structure was build by 304 stainless steel and easy keep clean.

7. Product contact part is made of SS316L or teflon. 

8. Frame of tumble dryer is with SS304 and also cover with SS304 net. So it will be very helpful for moving and also cleaning

Step2: We give our offer based on client softgel capsules drying URS

Step3: Client verify the quotation and send us PO

Step4: We send the PI to client for verification

Step5: Client pay for 30% price and we start to product

Step6: The production was finished and client perform FAT

Step7: Client pay for the rest payment and we package the equipment

Step8: The double layer tumble dryer was shipped to the destination

Step9: We send our engineer to install and perform IQ OQ PQ

Step10: Our engineer train client to operate the tumble dryer
