Gelatin ribbon maker:
This part is the spreader box, cooling roller and gel tape lubrication system.
Spreader box: Install the automatic ribbon thickness motor, which is convenient to accurately control the thickness and save costs.
Drum: Our drum can be cooled or heated, and the temperature can be controlled at 15~65 ℃.
Lubrication system: 4 sets of Japanese flowmeters are used, which can independently and accurately control the amount of lubricating oil inside and outside the gelatin belt.
Injection Pump:
Softgel fill weight is important to the quality of the final softgel product. The accuracy of the filling weight depends on the accuracy of the syringe pump. This is the core of the soft glue machine. Jet pumps with different pumps (6 to 34 pumps) are available on request.
There is a fuel tank on the fuel pump. A two-story structure design for hot water supply is adopted. There is also a stirrer to homogenize the solution in the material. The box is easy to clean, cylindrical design, in line with GMP requirements.
